The Role:

As a key member of our agile and forward-thinking compiler team you will use your programming skills to develop and improve the low-level and embedded software code with a special focus on AMD processors. Key responsibilities:

• .NET Core performance optimization
• .NET framework library development
• Support AMD architectures hardware intrinsics for .NET Core
• Working with Microsoft .NET engineers optimize .NET core components for AMD architectures such as Zlib, garbage collection, MSIL or .NET encoder

Preferred experience:

• Experience on a professional software engineering team creating technology and building strong code - C#
• Understanding of developing optimizations - JIT Compiler
• Proven record of planning, implementing, and characterizing workloads

Academic credentials:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science strongly preferred
• Degrees other than Computer Science will be considered with adequate experience and relevant internships and/or work experience
