This position is part of the Android Software Platform team responsible for Android software enhancement and customization. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance, time and cost constraints.
- Design and implement extended functions on Android platform, mostly in Framework and Application layers.
- Integrate the latest Android platform to mobile products, analyze and fix issues to support product delivery.
- Tune up system/application performance and improve system/application stability using the strong background in Computer Operating System, Embedded System, and multi-thread programming.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum BS degree in Computer Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development
- Solid programming Experience with Java/Kotlin/C/C++ or other structured languages.
- Experience with Linux, Android Studio, GIT
- Strong knowledge in algorithm, data structure and object oriented programming
- Software Architecture and Design Methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS in CS, EE, or ECE
- Knowledge of communication systems preferable.
- 3+ years of experience with Android platform or application software development
- Real-Time Embedded System Programming
- Good multitasking and communication skills
- Passionate about innovation, discovery and willing to take risks
