Software Director

NVIDIA is looking for an excellent Software Director for the Switch InfiniBand SW Group. You will join the NVIDIA switch OS team and take our product to next level, working closely with HW, FW, and verification teams and gain deep understanding of NVIDIA’s products and technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Be responsible for the design and delivering of different IB Networking features in switch OS

• Define, develop and design process, manage  teams of junior and experience  SW embedded engineers

• Work with a continuous integration system, regression tools

• Be responsible for Nvidia IB switch product work closely with the testing team, support team and customers

• Innovate! Bring NVIDIA's FW Switching products to shine in customer's view

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in SW / Computer / Electrical / Communication Engineering

• 15+ years of overall experience

• 10+ years of experience in managing a team

• Knowledge in Linux

• Experience in team management

• Creative, motivated, and value driven person

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with appliance  systems, both in HW/SW

• Background with Networking applications and protocols

• Experience in embedded system programming
