• Craft clear, concise UI text for the web applications experience
• Create 1 tone/voice, and use it consistently throughout all the applications
• Turn technical concepts or journeys into clear, concise, compelling copy. And consider things like tone, clarity, and flow along the way.
• Provide advisory on the representation and positioning of the UX/UI components
• Have a technical understanding, so that he can give the right suggestions for things like field names, place holders, help texts etc.
• End to end user-centered approach to content and copy and of the importance of explaining copy decisions in a way that other people understand
• Working knowledge of the design process and general UX design principles
• Can provide content solutions that scale for a global audience
• Help define the role of content in user journeys across a rapidly evolving product in RAK.
• Help to name, frame, and explain complex features of our web applications
• Use writing and editing skills to write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
• Write all forms of documentation for web application, including feature descriptions, configuration guides, partner announcements, and requirements.
