Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Schedule social media posts
• Schedule newsletter
• Research related to community/niche
• Assist managers in day to day activities
• Influencer outreach
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Be available as a resource for marketing managers who need assistance with completing large projects
• Research user-gen content
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
