Description
1. Leadership & Art Direction (20%):
• Define overall art direction (style, color, tone & mood).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, themes, and new artistic styles.
• Provide visual direction for the product to meet market demands.
• Provide feedback & coaching for the art team (2D/3D/Animator).
• Collaborate with Game Designers/Producers to balance art & gameplay.
2. Art Production (60%) as a Game Artist:
• Create/participate in concept art, key UI screens, main characters, and high-level assets.
• Ensure visual quality and consistency across the product.
• Keep up with art trends, propose creative improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product development.
• Organize, arrange, and manage the image library for the team.
• Optimize images, sizes, and dimensions to enhance visual quality and performance.
• Support the exporting of images/animations for the Unity engine.
3. Animation & VFX (20%):
• Research and design visual effects to optimize user experience.
• Utilize tools like Spine/After Effects (AE) to create effects for the game and assist with exporting effects into the Unity engine.
• Optimize existing visual effects to enhance product performance, such as FPS and game size space waves
